Cloud Nine are looking for so super organised lovely people with lots of guest management experience to be our Guest Managers.
Working within our Hotel Team on site, the Guest Managers will be escalating all guest enquiries and needs and communicating them to all the relevant teams at our camps.
They will keep in touch with teams and act as a central point of contact to keep things running smoothly for our guests.
What you’ll be doing?
Working within a team at our camps you’ll be answering the phones and answering our guest’s questions.
You’ll be a part of the central comms team responsible for making sure the relevant departments are aware and completing tasks throughout our camps.
You will be helping mange the RMS online booking and housekeeping system.
Who are we looking for?
People with excellent guest management skills and a great understanding of communication and hotel booking systems.
Hours: 6 days per week
Dates: 12th July – 30th August with 3 days pre-production days (46 days in total)
Rate of Pay: Approximately £100 per day with varying shift pattern
We are looking for local superstars or those further afield who can live on site for the duration.
