Cloud Nine are looking for some lovely people with loads of experience in hospitality to become one of our Hotel Managers.
Our Cloud Nine camps are not just ‘tents in a field’, they are professionally run hotels and we need professional people to manage our hotel element of Cloud Nine.
Ultimately, people with great customer service and people management skills to organise and manage all the logistics and people it takes to run a successful hotel.
What you’ll be doing?
You’ll be managing the overall operations of one of our Cloud Nine camps
You’ll be responsible for all the Cloud Nine Crew; from our changeover team to Buggy Drivers to our reception team. Making sure that our Cloud Nine Crew are performing to our high standards and producing outstanding customer service for all our guests
You will write the work schedules, monitor performance, and make sure communication between all departments is crystal clear
You will have a clear understanding of our booking system RMS and be across key elements of process and communication across teams
You will be the highest point of customer service escalation after the Resort Manager.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people with hospitality experience managing a hotel who have a love for family holiday market or events
Someone who has excellent customer service skills, always goes the extra mile and knows how to manage a team.
We are looking for people who have experience of providing fabulous service to families and what it takes to look after them, and make sure everyone has a great time.
Hours: 6 days per week
Dates: 12th July – 31st August with 3 days pre-production days (48 days in total)
Rate of Pay: £150 per day
We are looking for an individual who can live on site for the duration.
