Cloud Nine are looking for Customer Service Managers with loads of experience with customer service management and a great knowledge of property management software.
While our busy Resort Managers are busy running the hotel element of Cloud Nine we need reliable people to support them in their role and take ownership of the customer service management team and have a real understanding of the back of house logistics and RMS booking system.
What you’ll be doing?
The Customer Service Manager will support the Hotel Manager in their role and will lead the Guest Management team.
They will manage our property management system and be responsible for the back of house housekeeping logistic.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for organised, technical minded people with lots of experience in hospitality and events.
The right person needs to know how to manage a team and have a mega amount of experience in guest management and customer service.
Hours: 6 days per week
Dates: 13th July – 31st August with 2 days pre-production days (46 days in total)
Rate of Pay: £120 per day
We are looking for local superstars or those further afield who can live on site for the duration.
