Norfolk Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to keep things in order back of house. You will be assertive and great with people, creating a calm and efficient environment. This is a fast paced and varied role; time management and organisation skills are an essential attribute.

What you’ll be doing?

You will be one of the main points of contact for staff and supplier queries. You'll be liaising with correct members of the team to find solutions.

You'll be responsible for the radio audit and allocations and ensuring they are returned and charging at the end of the day.

You'll be taking deliveries and ensuring items reach their owners in a timely manner.

You'll be keeping our teams' bellies full by allocating and issuing meal tickets.

You'll be sourcing consumables as and when required.

You'll be taking care of general admin, signage, and assisting with setting up areas in our campsites.

You'll be escalating concerns or incidents to the management team as necessary.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll have demonstrable admin experience.

You are super organised and can spin lots of plates. You’re a great communicator and good at managing your own time.

You are a quick thinker with the ability to problem solve. Things can change quickly in the great outdoors and it will be all hands-on deck!

A warm and friendly communicator with the ability to be assertive when needed.

You can use the usual suspects – Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.

Additional Info:

Dates: 12th July – 30th August (44 days in total)

Hours: 6 days per week

Rate of Pay: £120 per day
