Norfolk Resort Manager

Cloud Nine are looking for some fantastic, super organised people to manage each of our Cloud Nine Glamping camps.

We need Resort Managers to manage and oversee all the day to day aspects of our Cloud Nine camps.

Ultimately responsible that the resort is running to a rating of excellence and all departments and staff are operating above efficiency and supplying a high level of service. The Resort Manager is the final point of guest escalation on site.

What you’ll be doing?

You’ll be managing the overall operations of one of our Cloud Nine camps

You’ll be responsible for all the Cloud Nine Crew; from our changeover team to Buggy Drivers to our reception team. Making sure that our Cloud Nine Crew are performing to our high standards and producing outstanding customer service for all our guests

You will write the work schedules, monitor performance, and make sure communication between all departments is crystal clear

You will have a clear understanding of our booking system RMS and be across key elements of process and communication across teams

You’ll be making sure that the Cloud Nine resort is performing to a high standard and all our Guests and families are happy and leaving Cloud Nine satisfied and raring to return.

You’ll be making sure that our departments and staff are performing to our high standards and providing our guests with a first-class service.

You’ll be paying attention to every detail, monitoring performance across the site and be ready to fill any of the shoes of your staff and lead by example.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with experience managing a hotel or holiday resort and has a love for family and events.

Someone who can lead by example, make quick decisions and isn’t afraid of a challenge

Someone who is very particular about the detail, has excellent customer service and knows how to manage a team.

We are looking for people who have experience of providing fabulous service to families and what it takes to look after them, and make sure everyone has a great time.

Hours: 6 days per week

Dates: 12th July – 3rd September with 5 days pre-production days (53 days in total)

Rate of Pay: £200 per day
